We’re Hiring: Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer queries across platforms and ensure timely follow-ups

- Provide updates on existing orders and resolve any concerns efficiently

- Share quotations and product information with accuracy and professionalism

- Assist in retaining customers by offering a smooth and supportive service experience

- Attend to daily inquiries with attention, empathy, and brand understanding

What You Need:

-Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to handle multiple queries and ensure customer satisfaction

-Knowledge of Advance Excel, advance computer knowledge, proficiency in Ms office and social media handling

-Detail-oriented with good follow-up discipline

- Knowledge of fine Jewellery is a must
