The role involves managing daily schedules, setting reminders, coordinating meetings, and handling basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will be the go-to person for keeping us on track and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain daily calendars for both Directors, ensuring optimal time management. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calls. Set up timely reminders for tasks, deadlines, and important follow-ups. Maintain and organize to-do lists for both professional and personal tasks.
