Online Sales Executive

Timings: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM PARIS (Ajramar Fashion Pvt. We are looking for a dynamic and confident Online Sales Executive who can connect with customers via video calls and help them choose the perfect ethnic outfit from our exclusive collections. Key Responsibilities:Conduct video calls with customers to showcase lehengas, sarees, and gowns. Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable products. Convert inquiries into successful sales. Maintain a strong understanding of the product range, fabric details, and design trends. Handle customer queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the dispatch and support teams for smooth order processing. Requirements:Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus). Confident and comfortable speaking on video calls. Prior experience in fashion sales, boutique sales, or online customer interaction preferred. Strong understanding of Indian ethnic wear and current fashion trends. Basic computer and WhatsApp/Zoom handling skills. Must be punctual, responsible, and self-motivated.
