We are in a rapid growth phase and looking for a motivated individual to lead and scale our online sales function. Role Summary: The Online Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for handling incoming leads, responding to customer inquiries, converting prospects into customers, and managing sales through various online platforms. This is a hands-on role that combines customer communication, digital sales, and coordination with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Track, follow up, and convert online leads from platforms like WhatsApp, website forms, Instagram, Facebook, and third-party marketplaces. Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls. Sales Conversion: Understand customer needs, suggest appropriate products, and close sales. Order Coordination: Ensure smooth order placement, payment follow-ups, and coordination with the dispatch/logistics team. CRM Management: Maintain lead databases, update sales pipeline, and monitor follow-up schedules. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to run campaigns and with operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in online sales, telesales, or customer support. Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam. Proficiency in using CRM tools, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and online order systems. Ability to handle multiple conversations/leads simultaneously and close sales independently.
