Online Reputation Executive


Key Responsibilities -

  • Monitor and track online mentions, reviews, and ratings across platforms (Google, Play Store, social media, etc.).
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer feedback, reviews, and queries to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Collaborate with customer service and PR teams to resolve issues raised online.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve online ratings and reputation.
  • Analyze feedback trends and prepare reports on online sentiment.
  • Suggest improvements based on insights to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, online review platforms, and reputation management tools.


Requirements -

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Communication preferred).
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience in online reputation management and online support.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle user queries in real-time.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
