Location: Onsite – Safdarjung, Delhi

Shift: Evening (3 PM – 11 PM)

Working Days: 6 Days, Saturday & Sunday working,  1 Weekday off

About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Monitor, track, and respond to

  online reviews, comments, and brand mentions

  in real time.
• Manage

  crisis communication and damage control

  when negative publicity arises.
• Work closely with

  PR, marketing, and customer service teams

  to ensure a consistent, brand-aligned voice across platforms.
• Maintain a keen awareness of

  industry compliance and brand guidelines

  in digital communication.
• Spot opportunities to

  boost positive sentiment

  and strengthen our brand reputation.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum

  1 year of ORM experience

  in a similar role.
• Strong written communication skills with a professional yet engaging tone.
• Ability to think quickly and act proactively in high-pressure situations.
• Collaborative mindset to work across multiple teams.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining brand integrity.
