Online Internship – HR Recruiter

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Online Internship – HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter intern will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening and evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities. The intern will also assist in developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting various HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via job portals & social media
• Screen resumes & conduct initial interviews
• Schedule interviews & manage candidate databases
• Assist in onboarding & maintain HR records

Requirements:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently & remotely
• Knowledge of personnel management
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree

Stipend (Based on Successful Joinings):

0 to 4 - Nil

5 to 8 - 3000 INR

9 to 12- 5000 INR

13to 15- 7500 INR

16 or above- 10000 INR and Best Performer Awards
