Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for the position of Online Bidding and Business Development. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and bidding on online platforms to secure new business opportunities. They will research and analyze market trends, write compelling proposals, and develop strategies to maximize client acquisition. Training and collaboration with cross-functional teams will also be part of daily tasks to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft compelling proposals and engage effectively with clients
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to identify market trends and evaluate business opportunities
• Experience in Training and team collaboration to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development
• Ability to work strategically and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with online bidding platforms and prior experience in business development is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
