About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Online Bidder / Business Development Executive to join us on a partnership model. In this role, you will represent our company and be responsible for the complete cycle—from lead generation to project delivery coordination. This is a commission-only opportunity, where earnings will be shared ina fixed percentage once the company receives the project payment.

If you have strong knowledge of the US or UK IT service market, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in online bidding and lead generation, we’d love to connect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Funnel, and other online tools.


  • Conduct cold emailing, follow-ups, and outreach to prospective clients.


  • Manage bidding on platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, Email outreach, etc.) to secure IT service projects.


  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.


  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure successful project delivery.


  • Maintain strong relationships with global clients (primarily US & UK).


  • End-to-end responsibility from lead generation to project closure and delivery.




Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Online Bidding, Business Development, or Lead Generation for IT service companies.


  • Strong understanding of US/UK market trends and client expectations.


  • Proficiency with tools such as Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Funnels, Lead Discovery tools, etc.


  • Experience in Cold Emailing and crafting professional outreach campaigns.


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


  • Ability to work independently under a partnership-based earning structure.


  • Strong client management and project handling capabilities.
