Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an Onboarding Associate. The Onboarding Associate will support and coordinate the onboarding process for new instructors joining GuruAlign's network, ensuring they are well-informed about company policies, processes, and available resources.

In this role, you will manage candidate communication from initial outreach through final onboarding confirmation. Responsibilities include explaining role opportunities, discussing commercial terms, addressing candidate queries, and coordinating closely with the Sourcing Manager to ensure a smooth, structured, and professional onboarding experience.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records, tracking onboarding progress, and supporting continuous improvements to enhance the overall onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or a recent graduate
• Strong

  spoken English communication

  skills
• Comfortable interacting with candidates via chat, calls and virtual meetings
• Willingness to work

  flexible hours

  across India & US time zones
• Basic familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and virtual meeting tools (Zoom / Google Meet)
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple conversations professionally
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
