About the Role

detail-focused, process-oriented Document Submissions Associate

onboarding speed, compliance, and safety

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate onboarding documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with facility, local, state, and federal requirements
  • Monitor and manage document queues, backlogs, and expirations during assigned shifts with real-time prioritization
  • Own daily operational tasks, including document status updates, document mapping, resolving unread submissions, and supporting special projects
  • Review internal policies and recommend improvements to enhance clarity, efficiency, and scalability
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve document-related questions and improve workflows
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via Slack and other internal tools
  • Stay up to date on evolving documentation standards and product changes
  • Consistently meet performance targets for review time, accuracy, and throughput

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in document verification, credentialing, compliance operations, administrative support, or customer service
  • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare documentation (licenses, certifications, immunization records, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
  • Sound judgment and confidence making decisions in ambiguous scenarios
  • Clear, concise written communication skills
  • Highly organized, reliable, and ownership-driven
  • Proven success working in fast-paced, fully remote environments
  • Comfortable using tools such as Slack, Zendesk, Google Sheets, and task management platforms
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • QA experience is a plus
