Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an On Site Supervisor, located in Namkum. The On Site Supervisor will oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with clients, providing technical and installation assistance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Experience in Project Management and Site Supervision Strong computer skill Excel, Word, Power point, mail etc Technical skills including Technical/mechanical fitments Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Diploma/B-tech in mechanical chemical etc Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Experiance Minimum 1 year supervisor or team leader or 2 years industrial experiance Show more Show less
