Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an On Site Supervisor located in Gurugram, India. The On Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining safety protocols. Primary tasks also include managing personnel, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, monitoring project progress, and reporting updates to senior management.

• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety protocols
• Experience in project management and adherence to timelines
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Previous experience working on construction sites is a plus
