Role & responsibilities Site Supervision & Labour Management: Supervise daily site activities and manage on-ground technicians/labour Coordinate work allocation, timings, and task completion Client Coordination: Be the point of contact for client-side project managers and engineers Attend site meetings, update project progress, and relay instructions clearly Stock & Inventory Handling: Maintain records of material received, used, and pending Predict material requirements based on site progress and consumption Coordinate timely procurement with the back-office team Technical Oversight: Ensure correct implementation of structured cabling, server room setups, Wi-Fi networks, CCTV, ELV systems, etc. Verify that IT systems are installed as per technical specifications and layouts Billing Support: Measure completed work and provide accurate data for client billing Maintain work logs and support preparation of bills/BOQs Reporting & Documentation: Submit daily and weekly progress reports with measurements and inventory updates Highlight challenges or delays with proactive solutions Preferred candidate profile Prior experience in government or infrastructure projects Familiarity with billing terms like RA bills, joint measurements, BOQ items Working knowledge of tools like AutoCAD (basic), MS Project, or similar software
