Job Description

Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain CRM backend modules using PHP, CodeIgniter, and MVC architectural patterns. Integrate business processes including sales automation, customer tracking, analytics dashboards, reporting tools, and workflow management. Write clean, scalable code with a focus on efficiency and security. Manage database operations, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity using MySQL. Develop and integrate APIs for smooth interaction between CRM and third-party services. Collaborate with frontend developers and designers to integrate backend functionality seamlessly. Implement real-time updates and asynchronous processes using JavaScript and AJAX. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing features and performance. Technical Stack: PHP CodeIgniter Framework (MVC) MySQL JavaScript, AJAX HTML, CSS Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in backend development. Solid experience with PHP and CodeIgniter MVC framework. Proficiency in database management, specifically MySQL. Hands-on experience with JavaScript and AJAX for interactive CRM functionalities. Understanding of HTML and CSS for backend integration purposes. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Preferred Skills: Experience with CRM systems in IT or Infrastructure domains. Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Salary will be decided based on experience and qualifications.
