On-Field Sales Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding potential clients for SaaS products, Digital Marketing packages, and IT Development projects. Your key responsibilities will include conducting on-field visits, meetings, and product/service demonstrations to generate leads and close deals. You will need to build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders, understand client requirements, and provide tailored solutions with a consultative approach. It will be crucial for you to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Keeping track of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends to provide valuable feedback will also be part of your role. Qualifications required for this position include 1 to 3 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in SaaS, Digital Marketing, or IT Services. You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities are essential. Being self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets is a key attribute. A basic understanding of SaaS platforms, digital marketing strategies, or IT solutions is considered a plus.
