We are now expanding our footprint in the salon and grooming industry and looking for experienced sales professionals who already have strong relationships with salons and grooming chains. Role Overview: We're looking for a Sales Professional with a proven track record and existing salon network to help Menveda reach more shelves, barber chairs, and grooming stations across India. Your primary goal will be to onboard salons, barbershops, and grooming studios, ensuring consistent product movement and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Leverage your existing salon network to introduce and promote Menveda products Onboard salons, barbershops, and grooming centers as regular stockists Educate salon staff about product benefits, usage, and upselling techniques Ensure product availability and merchandising standards are maintained Collect orders, payments, and feedback from salons Identify growth opportunities, new salon leads, and local marketing ideas Coordinate with the internal Menveda team for logistics and after-sales service Who You Are: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FMCG/Beauty/Salon sales Have a pre-established network of salons/grooming studios/barbershops Strong communication and persuasion skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about men's grooming Ability to work independently and report with accountability Knowledge of salon operations and retailing is a plus What We Offer: Performance-based commissions + monthly incentives Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling men’s grooming brand Flexible work structure Early-stage leadership role in the Salon Channel Show more Show less
