On-Field Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated On-Field Executive to represent Zuma across educational institutions and corporates. The candidate will be responsible for conducting live product demos, building strong client relationships, generating feedback, and ensuring smooth coordination between field operations and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

On-Field Activities:

• Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and corporates to present and demonstrate Zuma’s solutions.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to the audience (teachers, students, principals, HR teams, training managers, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Collect feedback from on-ground interactions and relay to the internal team.
• Represent Zuma at events, seminars, and exhibitions if required.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly visit reports, including client details, demo outcomes, and feedback.
• Update CRM or reporting tools regularly to maintain accurate client interaction data.
• Coordinate with the internal sales, product, and marketing teams for scheduling, materials, and follow-ups.
• Track progress of leads generated through field demos and assist in conversions.

Office & Support Duties:

• Assist in preparing presentations, demo kits, and promotional materials.
• Follow up with potential clients via calls, emails, or visits post-demo.
• Participate in internal review meetings and share ground-level insights.
• Support in organizing online/offline training sessions for institutions and corporates.

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or client-facing roles
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
