On Boarding Specialist

Experience Required: 6 months- 2 years

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end on-boarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new and departing members.
• Assist in preparing, verifying, and maintaining accurate documentation, including appointment letters, background checks, and exitformalities.
• Play a key role in coordinating induction and orientation programs that reflect company culture, values, and policies.
• Help maintain and update member profiles in HRMS/HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Manage member lifecycle transactions, including on-boarding, confirmations and exits, with attention to detail and timeliness.
• Act as a friendly point of contact for on-boarding and exit-related queries, resolving concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Support full and final settlement processes, including documentation and issuing experience and relieving letters.
• Maintain organized records and support statutory compliance for member documentation.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on on-boarding, off-boarding, and asset management metrics to support continuous improvement.
• Contribute ideas for HR process improvements to streamline operations andenhance member experiences.
• Support employer branding and engagement initiatives such as welcome communications and member feedback activities.
