Location : Malabar Group Headquarters, Calicut.

Functional Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and store management, to develop a comprehensive roll-out plan for the clientele application in retail stores.
Work closely with IT teams and software vendors to configure the clientele application based on the specific needs and requirements of the retail store.
Provide training sessions to store employees on how to effectively use the clientele application, ensuring they understand its features, benefits, and functionalities.
