Job Summary : The Operations & Maintenance (O & M) Manager will oversee the maintenance operations of ZLD-technology based wastewater treatment technologies. This role involves ensuring the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of all treatment processes and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for meeting all the contractual commitments to Aquatron customers Responsible for managing customer expectations and ensuring a very high standard of customer service to the customers. Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all wastewater treatment equipment. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on tanks, pumps, aeration systems, and control systems. Conduct regular service review meetings with the management / leadership of the customer’s organisation. Will be responsible for renewals and upsell of all the maintenance contracts with the customers. Manage sludge handling and ensure proper disposal. Calibrate and service sensors, meters, and control systems. Supervise and train maintenance staff. Monitor compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and within the SLA committed. Maintain maintenance logs and prepare reports on equipment performance. Manage the customer account have an excellent customer orientation / soft skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations, maintenance management within wastewater treatment. Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and equipment. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Proficiency with maintenance management software and tools. Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various environmental conditions. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
