Olympian Aftermarket Services Rep

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving revenue and growth for the Olympian aftermarket services business in line with industry strategy in the assigned territory. Your key focus will be on the end customer, working closely with dealers under the direction of EPD AM management to optimize sales processes and effectiveness. Your role as an individual contributor will involve liaising among dealers, customers, and other Caterpillar personnel. You will be expected to analyze and resolve needs and problems in the assigned District and Area, making strategic decisions and recommendations. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver the annual total business plan for the assigned dealer territories - Provide information to dealers on Caterpillar information systems - Identify dealer-specific systems with broader dealer network applications - Assist dealers with business planning and human performance capability development - Analyze and communicate marketplace and competitive activity to Caterpillar and dealer personnel - Provide guidance on customer service issues and improvement measures - Assist dealers with forecast, sales/rental/used strategy planning and sales techniques - Consult with dealers on process improvement methods and best/standard practice processes - Create programs to increase sales and maximize profit margins - Support the rollout of new products and services - Develop proficiency in specified foundation competencies and skills Qualifications Required: - College or university degree or equivalent Caterpillar or dealer marketing experience - 2 to 5 years of prior experience in field assignments - Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with others - Understanding of parts and service, products, technology, and industry trends - Strong problem-solving, analysis, and leadership skills Additional Company Details: Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
