Olympian Aftermarket Services Rep

Collaborating closely with dealers under the direction of EPD AM management, you will provide leadership and guidance to optimize dealer sales force effectiveness and sales processes, all while respecting the independence of the dealer. In this role, you will act as a sales liaison between dealers, customers, and other Caterpillar personnel. Your responsibilities will include delivering the annual total business plan for assigned dealer territories, analyzing marketplace and competitive activity, assisting in forecast and sales strategy planning, and supporting the rollout of new products. You will also be expected to continually develop your proficiency in specified foundation competencies and skills. To excel in this position, you should have a college or university degree or equivalent marketing experience in the Caterpillar or dealer environment. Previous field assignments and 2 to 5 years of experience are typically required to demonstrate your ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and contribute to the growth of product sales and dealer effectiveness.
