Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns to promote brand presence in the local market.
Organize and manage on-ground promotional activities, events, and exhibitions to attract target customers.
Collaborate with channel partners, brokers, and sales teams to generate quality leads.
Distribute marketing collaterals and ensure brand visibility across key touchpoints (banners, hoardings, flyers, etc.).
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitor activities.
Track campaign performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
Support the sales team in driving footfalls to the studio and boosting customer engagement.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2 3 years of experience in
offline/field marketing
, preferably in
construction, real estate, or apartment sales sector
.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with local vendors, brokers, and event agencies.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns within budgets.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and flexible to travel locally as part of marketing activities.
