Position Overview: As our SEO Executive, you will play a critical role in improving the visibility and discoverability of our websites across search engines. Key Responsibilities: Keyword Strategy & Content Optimization: Identify, track, and prioritize high-intent search queries relevant to K-12 education (e.g., “best CBSE school in Bangalore,” “project-based learning schools”). Develop and execute a strategic SEO plan tailored to each assigned web property, aligned with Ekya’s "World Beyond Boundaries" brand ethos. Collaborate closely with content teams to produce SEO-optimized articles, blogs, landing pages, and multimedia content that highlight Ekya’s unique educational offerings (e.g., “How Ekya’s Design Thinking Curriculum Prepares Future Leaders”). Technical SEO & Website Performance: Conduct regular technical SEO audits focusing on page load speed, mobile responsiveness, structured data implementation, and crawlability. Partner with designers to enhance website usability and functionality, including faster media playback and intuitive site navigation. Multi-Platform SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices across diverse platforms, including Google My Business listings, ensuring optimized descriptions and visual assets with correct aspect ratios. Manage SEO on third-party education listing sites such as SchoolMyKids and EducationWorld, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. Optimize video content on platforms like YouTube by creating keyword-rich descriptions, transcripts, and engaging thumbnails to maximize organic reach. Data-Driven Reporting & Analysis Monitor and analyze key SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar tools. Report on month-over-month organic traffic growth, keyword ranking improvements, bounce rate reductions, and backlink acquisition. Use data insights to identify opportunities and recommend actionable improvements to SEO strategy.
