Position Summary:
The Student Development Associate will play a key operational role within the Student Development (SD) team, directly contributing to the successful execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of all SD initiatives. This individual will serve as the on-ground representative of the department, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of student-facing programs, maintaining strong stakeholder coordination, and strengthening student engagement through proactive communication and social media management.

A. Tasks for New SD Associate (Documentation, Execution, Coordination).
1. Wrap Around Program:

• Develop program documentation and update internal Wrap Around website.
• Create MOUs with vendors.
• Roll out program plans and documentation to campuses.
• Coordinate logistics (transport, venue bookings).
• Process payments after checks.
• Conduct monthly audits.
• Collect feedback from students and vendors .

2. Service Learning Program (SLP):

• Collect and review campus-uploaded documents.
• Maintain and update the SLP website.
• Follow up with campuses for document uploads.
• Collate and format showcase content.
• Collect and collate feedback forms.

3. Student Leadership:

• Maintain all Student Council documentation.
• Track timelines and follow up with campuses for forms and reports.
• Arrange certificates and letters for council members.
• Collate and store event photographs and collaterals for MarComm.

4. Outbound Programs:

• Update and print the Outbound Learning Journal.
• Maintain an outbound database of vendors and trip history.
• Send confirmations to coordinators.
• Collect vendor and participant feedback.

5. Final Year Retreat / Transition Trips / Seasonal Camp:

• Create campus-specific documentation (itineraries, packing lists, guidelines).
• Process payments to vendors.
• Prepare and distribute checklists.
• Coordinate transport bookings.
• Collect feedback forms from teachers, students, and vendors.

6. Field Trips:

• Maintain a trip calendar in a shared system.
• Collect and store learning plans and outcomes from past trips.
• Confirm bookings with venues.
• Process payments.
• Compile participant feedback.

7. Summer Camp:

• Prepare documentation for vendor confirmation and MOUs.
• Maintain camp registration database.
• Confirm transport routes and timings with vendors.
• Collate showcase material.
• Gather and format post-camp feedback.

8. Work Exposure Program (WEP):

• Maintain WEP website with updated partner info.
• Draft and store MOUs.
• Send confirmation emails to students.
• Track student orientation attendance.
• Collect and archive media and certificates.
• Collate feedback from students and partners.

9. Friends of Ekya (FoE):

• Create, distribute, and track FoE interest forms.
• Maintain and update FoE database.
• Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters.

10. General QA & Communications:

• Maintain program trackers for all initiatives.
• Conduct on-ground visits for basic quality checks (as per your assigned schedule).
• Manage SD social media posting and content collation (photos, captions, calendar).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
