Offline Marketing Executive

Reporting To: Asst Marketing Manager
Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible to drive on-ground brand visibility for Copper Chimney. The role will involve managing Retail campaigns, local activations, and in-store branding initiatives while ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. This position requires a balance of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
•
. Offline Marketing & In-Store Branding
1. Plan and execute in-store engagement activities such as workshops, sampling drives, and festive experiences.
2.Coordinate with mall teams for branding opportunities and campaign execution.
3.Manage in-store collaterals — menus, standees, posters, danglers — ensuring high-quality and timely deployment.
4.Maintain consistent brand visibility across all outlets.
5.Collaborate with malls, corporate offices, and local partners to enhance brand reach and awareness.
6.Support new store openings with activations, and local campaigns.
7.Build relationships with regional vendors and event partners for on-ground implementation.

5. Data, Reporting & Budget Management
8.Monitor digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and CRM dashboards.
9.Prepare post-campaign analysis and ROI reports for management review.
10.Assist in managing marketing budgets and vendor payments to ensure cost efficiency.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination
11.Liaise with the operations and outlet teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and store objectives.
12.Coordinate with creative, design, and digital teams for asset creation and approvals.
13.Manage marketing timelines, internal approvals, and ensure flawless campaign execution.
Key Skills & Competencies
•Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing in the F&B or retail industry.
•Excellent communication, multitasking, and vendor coordination skills.
•Ability to conceptualize and execute localized marketing initiatives.
•Strong analytical thinking and a result-oriented approach.
Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or Business (MBA preferred).
•3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in F&B, QSR, or hospitality sectors.
•Hands-on experience with digital campaigns, influencer marketing, and in-store promotions.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
•Increase in outlet footfalls and engagement from campaigns.
•ROI from digital and offline marketing initiatives.
•Timeliness and quality of campaign execution.
•Brand consistency and visibility across outlets.
•Improvement in customer engagement and sentiment..

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
