Job Description

Test and release raw material as per sampling plan within stipulated time.
Responsible for testing of RM and finished products as per requirement/frequency for WVTR, OTR, GC, Hot Tack, Karl fischer.
To manage documents/ records of Input materials

as
TDS
MSDS
Certificate of Analysis
Test report
To give training to QA Team.
To maintain all lab instruments in good operational condition, related to testing of RM and

finished product.
To maintain inventory of lab grade chemicals,
glass ware and arrange as per requirement.
To create indents for required new items for Lab. Preparation of dyne sol. for lab & production on weekly basis to check surface wettability of RM film.
To maintain all documents which are related to customer / ISO audits.
To upkeep housekeeping standards in laboratory
To ensure safe working in laboratory
