Role & responsibilities

• Support all tasks for respective area such as material receipt, unloading, invoicing while issuance, disposal of scrap etc.
• Carry out documentation & verification tasks for respective area, such as system entry on receipt, third-party certifications & inspection etc.
• Supervise secondary manpower (workers) for all execution activities for respective area within stores department, i.e. material receipt, material issuance and inventory control
• Provide data for performing root cause analysis for various day-to-day issues such as problems with receipt, dispatch, quality checks etc. and prepare solutions
• Support physical verification of material on a regular basis and reconcile physical inventory with system statements
• Coordinate with various user departments and in-charge to ensure material receipt, issuance and control in alignment with user needs
• Support preparation of periodic MIS (Dues & Outstanding) for internal Management and for External agencies requirement
• Work collaboratively and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance in line with SOPs
• Prepare day to day report of pending orders and material
• Co-ordinate internally for ensuring smooth processing of gate pass both inward and outward
• Ensure GRNs (Goods Receipt Note) are prepared in the system for all incoming material
