Role & responsibilities Good research skills so as to provide in house advisory, legal opinions, guidance within the legal framework with respect to any legal issue that may arise keeping in mind the interest of the company. Drafting and vetting of various transactional based agreements, deeds, memorandum of understanding such as vendor agreements, NDA, affidavits, application form, indemnities, power of attorney and other documents required by the company from time to time. Should be well versed with the interpretation of statute. Should have prior experience of drafting legal documents.
