Responsibilities

• Provide personalized financial solutions and advice to clients, tailored to their unique needs and goals
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial situation, risk profile, and investment objectives
• Recommend and facilitate the opening of appropriate banking products and services, such as savings accounts, current accounts, and investment portfolios
• Assist clients with account management, fund transfers, and other day-to-day banking transactions
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote relevant products and services to clients
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's product offerings, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with other teams within the bank to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
• Contribute to the growth and profitability of the bank by meeting or exceeding sales targets
  

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and interpret financial data
• Proficient in the use of relevant banking and financial software applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
