1. Lead, develop, and initiate corporate and industry sustainability programs, including data analysis and performance monitoring, to drive continuous improvement.
3. Liaise with institutions and corporations to implement Skillsonics programs.
4. Act as the single point of contact between SkillSonics and institutes/industries for program implementation, TPM delivery, and operational coordination, ensuring program delivery and compliance.
5. Ensure adherence to project timelines, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
Education: Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or a technical field preferred.
Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, vocational training, or skill development.
