Officer - Finance

Job Role : -

• Cash Flow Management
• Banking Operations and coordination.
• Manage daily banking transactions, fund transfers, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure timely deposits, withdrawals, and cash flow monitoring.
• Maintain strong banking relationships for better transaction efficiency and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with banks for loan processing, credit facilities, and treasury management.
• Submission / lodgments of export documents to the bank for dispatching the same to the customer in time.
• Maintain an MIS for export collection as per the lodgments of documents in order to know the timing of forex inflow & outflow
• Give the disposal instruction to the bank on receipt of forex in the bank
• Transfer remittance from nostro to nostro, EEFC to EEFC from one bank to other banks to liquidate preshipment loan
• Arrangement of bank guarantee
• Compliances of documents under RBI, ADs guidelines
• Studies various article and schedules under FEMA and RBI circulars of foreign exchange and trade finance.
• Monitor bank charges and address excess charges issues, if any.

Desired Profile of Candidate : -

• Knowledge of general accounting practices and standards
• Should be very good in MS Office, [Excel, Word, Powerpoint ]
• Should have prior and proven experience of handling banking transactions
• Ability to use latest statistical techniques for data analysis
• Should have good team working abilities.
• Should have an assertive, direct and intensive approach and be willing to work long hours on need basis.

Basic Qualification : -

• MBA-Finance / MMS/ M. Com
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good academic credentials
