Fenesta Building Systems is looking for Officer Connect Center to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. The Officer Connect Center is responsible for managing day - to - day operations of the contact or call center, ensuring high - quality customer service and efficient resolution of inquiries. They handle incoming calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex cases to appropriate departments. The officer monitors call quality, maintains detailed records of interactions, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and service level agreements. They coordinate with team members to meet performance targets and implement training programs to enhance communication skills and product knowledge. The role involves analyzing customer feedback and operational data to identify areas for process improvement. They oversee scheduling, manage shift rotations, and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures. The officer also collaborates with management to implement new tools, technologies, and workflows to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
