Job Description

Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures
Recruiting, training and supervising security officers and guards
Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
To demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills.
Create reports for management on security status
Canteen Management
To arrange the housekeeping manpower as per approved strength. 100% training to housekeeping manpower & behavioural aspect. Ensure thorough cleaning of plant internal & outside.Ensure peoper operation of various machines for internal & external cleaning.
100% training for Security and fire fighting.
Maintenance & upkeeeping of guest house and canteen including arrangement of Cook & Helper. To negotiate & tie up with various other Hotels for accomodation of guests.To make necessary arrangement at factory for visitors and guests (Snacks/Coffee/tea/Lunch.etc)
To provide the transportation facility (vehicle)as per requirement. Totie up and get best competitive rates for various vehicles. Upkeeping of various company property /materials (EPBAX SYSTEM, Water Cooler,etc). To ensure proper arrangement and distribution of I cards, Stationary etc.
