Job Description

As an Office Administrator in the office of Practicing Company Secretary, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising and coordinating office staff, assigning duties, and monitoring performance. - Developing and implementing office policies, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency. - Managing office budgets, expenses, and procurement of supplies and equipment. - Maintaining and organizing office records, correspondence, and filing systems (digital and physical). - Drafting, reviewing, and managing official communications including letters, emails, memos, and reports. - Handling client communication and relationships through phone, email, and in-person meetings. - Coordinating internal projects and inter-departmental workflows to ensure timely completion. - Preparing and presenting management reports, meeting minutes, and performance summaries. - Ensuring compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work full-time on a permanent basis at the office location.,
