We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure that our office runs smoothly and efficiently while supporting our team and enhancing the work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely orders and stock levels.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines, including appointments and meetings for management.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Implement and manage office policies and procedures to enhance workflow.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and managing the office environment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in office management or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
