Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end office operations and ensure smooth workflow for the immigration & recruitment teams.
• Manage a team of six staff members, including performance monitoring, task delegation, and productivity tracking.
• Coordinate with clients, candidates, and partner offices across multiple regions.
• Ensure compliance with immigration procedures, documentation standards, and internal processes.
• Lead recruitment activities including screening, shortlisting, and candidate coordination.
• Maintain communication channels, handle inquiries, and provide professional client support.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports for management.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 37 years of experience in immigration, recruitment, or HR services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership or team management experience.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle confidential information.
