Degree in Engineering Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the engineering sector, with a minimum of 5 years in an operational or technical superintendent role, focused on site supervision and marine engine maintenance.
Crucially, must possess Marine Engine Experience. Must be specialized as either: A) CAT Engine Specialist: Proficient in 3516, 3512, 3412, 3408, C32, etc., with 6+ years dealer experience. B) Medium Speed Engine Specialist: Proficient in MAK, NIIGATA, YANMAR, DAIHATSU, with proven marine authorized servicing experience
Must be proficient in using CAT Electronic Technician (ET) for troubleshooting and Service Information System (SIS) for parts list preparation.
