Technical Diploma or equivalent certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of recent, relevant hands-on experience in the marine engine sector.
Crucially, must possess Marine Engine Experience. Must be specialized as either: A) CAT Engine Specialist: Proficient in CAT Engines (3516, 3512, 3412, etc.) and should have previous experience with an authorized dealer. B) Medium Speed Engine Specialist: Proficient in marine engines like MAK, NIIGATA, YANMAR, DAIHATSU, with proven experience from an authorized servicing company.
Should be knowledgeable in using CAT Electronic Technician (ET) for troubleshooting and Service Information System (SIS) for parts list preparation.
