Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized, people-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of six, and ensure smooth delivery of immigration and recruitment services. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end office operations and ensure smooth workflow for the immigration & recruitment teams. Manage a team of six staff members, including performance monitoring, task delegation, and productivity tracking. Coordinate with clients, candidates, and partner offices across multiple regions. Ensure compliance with immigration procedures, documentation standards, and internal processes. Lead recruitment activities including screening, shortlisting, and candidate coordination. Maintain communication channels, handle inquiries, and provide professional client support. Generate weekly/monthly reports for management. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications 37 years of experience in immigration, recruitment, or HR services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership or team management experience. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred). Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle confidential information. Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage high-volume tasks.
