Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan, organize, and maintain office documents and records accurately.
  • Assist in filing, labeling, and retrieving physical and digital documents.
  • Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office areas as required.
  • Assist in photocopying, printing, and basic office errands.
  • Ensure documents are handled confidentially and securely.
  • Provide general support to office staff as and when required.
