Job Title: Office Executive – Accounts Location: Patna Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Rs.15,000 Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Executive for our Accounts department. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, data entry, and administrative tasks to support the finance team. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily accounting entries and data maintenance in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash handling Maintain and update financial records and documents Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities Coordinate with vendors and clients for account-related queries Perform administrative duties like filing, documentation, and report generation Daily banking operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries. This may involve coordinating with the bank visiting the bank to ensure smooth transactions and work, some other work like visit the registry office. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
