Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for order follow-up and status updates. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required. Support HR in basic tasks such as attendance tracking, onboarding, and employee records. Assist the finance/accounts team with expense tracking and petty cash management. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors for office maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide general support to visitors and clients.

Design, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure and ensure maximum uptime and performance. Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and security gateways to protect network assets. Administer and troubleshoot HPE / Cisco / Fortinet / Palo Alto / Juniper or similar network devices. Manage network access control (NAC), ACLs, and segmentation policies for internal and external users. Monitor network performance using tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Wireshark, and ensure timely issue resolution. Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability scans, and patch management for all network devices. Implement and maintain high availability and redundancy configurations for critical network services. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams for SIEM integration, incident response, and threat mitigation. Document network diagrams, configurations, and change management records. Assist in planning and executing network expansion, upgrades, and migrations.
