Office Manager - Shikshakji Scholars – Bengaluru, Karnataka Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Starting salary based on qualification, experience, and ability to take responsibility). Role Summary - We are hiring a highly responsible, self-motivated, and solution-centric Office Manager to handle the end-to-end administration and operations of our center. This role is crucial and demands a go-getter approach, a complete learning approach, and the willingness to take on diverse responsibilities. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and exercise mature decisions. Comprehensive training will be provided for all necessary skills. Key Responsibilities The Office Manager will manage all aspects of the institute's operations, including, but not limited to: Front Desk & Enquiry Management: Serving as the primary contact, managing the front office, handling all student and parent enquiries, providing detailed course information, and actively converting leads into enrollments. Back-End Operations & Administration: Managing day-to-day office related activities, staff and student schedules, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Day-to-Day Accounting: Handling basic financial tasks, including fee collection, receipt generation, and maintaining simple expense and income records. Sales Support & Outreach: Providing crucial back-end sales support to the management team and actively engaging in prospect calling to follow up on leads and drive enrollments.
