Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Communication and coordination:
  • Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Handle emails and other correspondence.
  • Administrative support:
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
  • Create and update documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Assist with tasks for other departments, such as HR or finance.
  • Preparing purchase orders and coordinating with vendors as needed.
  • Maintaining statutory and compliance records.
  • Office management:
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Manage office expenses and maintain financial records.
  • Special projects:
  • Help plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and celebrations.
  • Perform data entry and manage information systems.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in an administrative or similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Should hold MC and LMV driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
