Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Office Executive who is comfortable using computers and communicating with customers. This role is crucial to our daily business operations—handling client communication, generating quotations, managing documents, and supporting our sales and accounts teams. Success in this role means timely responses to inquiries, error-free documentation, and smooth coordination across platforms like Tally, Excel, IndiaMART, and client procurement portals. You’ll be the bridge between internal workflows and external customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Respond to emails from customers and vendors with clarity and professionalism Generate accurate quotations and pro forma invoices using product specifications and pricing inputs Handle customer queries via phone and email, providing timely support Manage our presence on IndiaMART and respond to inbound leads Enter and maintain basic accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime Use MS Excel to track quotations, orders, and other key records Upload and manage documentation on corporate procurement portals (e.g., GeM, SAP Ariba, etc.) Coordinate internally with the sales and production teams for timely updates and dispatch planning Qualifications Strong computer literacy – comfortable with Excel, Word, and email tools Proficient in Tally (ERP 9 or Prime) Good communication skills – both verbal and written (English/Hindi) 1–3 years of experience in an office/admin/executive role preferred Prior experience with IndiaMART or other B2B platforms is an advantage Familiarity with procurement systems (GeM/SAP Ariba) is a plus Ability to manage time efficiently, multitask, and follow through on responsibilities Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate (any stream) Perks & Benefits Free lunch at the office — home-style and freshly made Exposure to India’s leading industrial siren brand Chance to work with multiple departments (sales, accounts, production) On-the-job learning in B2B communication, quotations, and procurement Stable, long-term opportunity with room for growth
