Job Description

Female Candidates Preferred with +2 qualification or graduation having basic computer knowledge.

Assist the Warden in supervising the day-to-day operations of the facility.
Ensure discipline and safety of residents.
Maintain regular inspection rounds to monitor the premises.
Resolve disputes or issues among residents promptly and fairly.
Coordinate with security, housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance staff to ensure efficient functioning.
Monitor attendance, check logs, and maintain records of daily activities.
Ensure adherence to rules and regulations by all residents/inmates.
Provide counseling or guidance to residents as needed.
Respond to emergencies and take appropriate action.
Assist in organizing events, activities.
Report incidents, violations, or emergencies to the Warden immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
