Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Executive based in Jalandhar I. The Office Executive will handle day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks, including office administration, accounting, customer service, and general administrative assistance. Responsibilities may also include documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting the smooth functioning of office operations.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
Customer Service experience to address inquiries and provide necessary support
Basic knowledge of Accounting processes and procedures
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage daily office operations
Proficiency in using office software applications like MS Office
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is desirable
