Job Description

HRT is a training institute that trains CA and CMA professionals (post-qualification) for their interviews, campus, and off-campus placements. Batch Duration is as below : CA: 25 days, every 4 months CMA: 30 days, every 6 months Since activities change with training cycle, job responsibilities are divided into three stages – Before, During, and After the Batches. Job Role : Manage office, promotions, student monitoring, financials, placement activities, and follow-ups — before, during, and after each batch — along with ongoing job updates and utility bill handling. Before Batch Start Office Opening: 7:30 AM during training, 10:30 AM on regular days. Setup: Complete routine office setup tasks. Promotions: Create marketing posters for LinkedIn/Instagram. Interview Feedback: Collect student feedback, update questions, upload sheets. Placement Posters: Collect details/photos from students, prepare posters, and review with seniors. Poster Approval: Decide platforms (LinkedIn/Instagram), prepare PPT for office screen. Registration: Create/review registration forms before batch starts. WhatsApp Updates: Finalize and share batch announcement messages. Poster Confirmation: Get student approval for poster accuracy. During Batch Time Attendance: Arrive by 7:30 AM, maintain daily student attendance register. Fee Collection: Collect full fees within 2–3 days, prepare Excel record by day 4. Billing: Generate invoices in Zoho Books and email receipts. Student Monitoring: Track attendance/interest levels. Interview Reports: Collect raw data, prepare clean reports, share with students. Interview Experience Sharing: Provide daily links during and after batch. HRT Material: Share via email once fees are fully paid. Attendance Analysis: Monitor absentees and reasons regularly. After Batch Ends Student Follow-up: Collect batch feedback, resolve queries. Experience Sharing: Continue sharing interview links post-batch. Reports: Finalize interview reports and placement records. Placement Tracking: Confirm placed students, collect their feedback forms. Unplaced Students: Prepare report for senior, assure ongoing support. Feedback Collection: Follow up daily/alternate days for a full month until all forms are collected. Archiving: Store attendance, fees, reports, and posters for reference. Ongoing / General Tasks Job Vacancies: Search on portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, apps) and share in WhatsApp groups (students + alumni). Utility Bills: Track, record in Cash Voucher Book, photocopy, get signed, and submit to owner.
